Free Initial Assessment
Your assessment session is free and lasts approximately 30 minutes. This time will give you the opportunity to ask me any questions and concerns you may have about counselling. I will ask you certain questions about you and your life, which will help me to gain a better understanding of your circumstance and reasons for seeking help.
Counselling sessions
Sessions last for 50 minutes and can take place in person, on-line (via Zoom) or on the phone. We would meet once a week on a regular day at the same time.
Availability
I offer evening appointments, Monday to Friday, from 6pm onwards.
